An extremely nimble leader, Tavia is in the top 1%

I have directly supervised over 100 employees in my tenure at the YMCA and none have proven themselves to be as effective, capable, resilient, and driven as Tavia. Put simply, Tavia is in the top 1% of employees with whom I have worked. Faced with a project that demands results, she is the first person I would select. Working with Tavia was one of the best experiences I have ever had working with someone. She kept us on track and clearly communicated the tasks that needed to get done.
